Simply call 800-489-3863 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. In making donations by phone, callers may use American Express, Visa or Master Card credit cards.

Your gift will be directed to meet the greatest need.
You also have the option of directing your gift to help patients living in a particular state and needing specific types of transplants. After making your check payable to National Foundation for Transplants, simply write in the memo line of the check the state fund you wish to support. Your individual state options are:
(Name of State) General – serves all types of transplant patients in that state
(Name of State) Bone Marrow/Stem Cell
(Name of State) Heart/Lung (heart and/or lung transplants)
(Name of State) Kidney/Pancreas (kidney and/or pancreas transplants)
(Name of State) Liver
Example: If you want your gift to benefit heart transplant patients living in the state of Texas, you would write “Texas Heart/Lung Fund” in the memo line of the check.

By becoming a Second Chance giver, you request a specific amount be deducted from your checking account or credit card each month, providing NFT with reliable income for planning our support to patients.

Philanthropy Membership System
As a member every time you purchase an IM product your purchase funds are allocated to proper charity organization or foundation such as Make a Wish Foundation and the the American Liver Association. Each monthly charity is chosen by our Board of Directors including RHLS and Associates Founder, Rod Smith.
